Please retain your invoice (proof of purchase) for presentation with your claim.

The Consumers Guarantees Act secures PERSONAL SHOPPERS. We will gladly replace or exchange (subject to availability) any faulty or sub-standard merchandise. This also applies to goods damaged in transit where we have arranged the carriage of goods. If a suitable replacement or exchange item is not available within a reasonable time we will refund the full purchase price plus any freight charge that may have been paid by you.

If an online shopper is not completely happy with the goods they receive they should notify Contact us or phone 09 2350300 within 48 hours of delivery. Vanilla Homewares will proceed to arrange a replacement or a refund and for the goods to be returned to Vanilla Homewares .

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using our secure online Paypal transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
